  Tried to stop by with a large group and we were unable to eat here because they were packed. There was a local concert going on and everywhere was just as busy. The staff helped us by recommending another local restaurant. This review is purely based on the attitude of the staff and chef and their willingness to help us since they couldn't feed us.

  I have never written a review in my life but I have to protest the Sabroso rating. It is an enchanted place. The menu *looks* good. The food should be wonderful, but it's terrible. Let me repeat this: the food is terrible. My husband and I recently took two sets of houseguests there on two different weekends. That equals twelve entrees! Every single person said quietly to me the next day, "I think I must've ordered the wrong thing. It just wasn't good."
  
  Sabroso, we want you to be delicious. Do something, please!

  The service, food and entertainment was superb! I highly recommend Sabroso to be on your list of things to do when in Taos.

  Shame on the manager. The wait staff was laughably bad demonstrating no clue as to how to serve .
  Bartender didn't know how to make drinks having to come to ask how. Dessert was terrible with being served 'cherry crisp' that appeared to be only microwaved pie filling.
